Senior Quantity Surveyor

Up to 90k + Package (Car/ Travel)

A large main contractor who undertake projects in the construction and development of residential and mixed-use projects are on the lookout for a Senior Quantity Surveyor.

Based out of their Oxford offices, you would join a commercial team undertaking projects likeHousing Sites, RC Frame, High Rise, Affordable Housing and large bespoke homes amongst some other types of projects.

Reporting into the Commercial Manager, theSenior Quantity Surveyor who is successful in their application would take on a portfolio of projects in and around the Oxfordshire are working within the team to ensure they are delivered to the utmost quality.

Requirements

Degree in Quantity Surveying (Or related discipline)
Experience working with either a main contractor or developer (Both would be a major advantage)
Live within a commutable distance of Oxfordshire sites
