This industry leading company specialise in the design and installation of HVAC systems for clients around the UK. They pride themselves on providing an unrivalled level of service to their clients, and are currently seeing a large increase in the demand for their services. Due to this they are currently going through a period of sustained expansion, and are therefore looking for an Lead Design Engineer to join their expert team.

In this role you will be tasked with providing bespoke design solutions for a range of commercial projects for clients around the UK. Alongside managing a small team, you will be required to produce detailed component and assembly drawings, manage NPD projects, and play a key role in R&D. You will also be provided with specialist training in order for you to become an expert within their industry.

This role would therefore suit an experienced Design Engineer who is looking for a new challenge and the chance play a key role on exciting projects for a rapidly expanding, industry leading company.

The Role:

• Design solutions for commercial projects
• Managing a small team
• Producing component and assembly drawings
• Managing NPD and R&D projects
• �50,000 - �55,000 + Training + Progression + Benefits

The Person:

• Experienced Design Engineer
• Mechanical & Electrical experience
• Some understanding of HVAC beneficial
• Commutable to Surbiton area
