As the Finance Business Partnering Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the financial future of one of the capital's most impactful charities.

About the Role

You'll lead Finance Business Partnering team, working closely with senior leaders to provide financial insight, inform strategic decisions, and drive operational efficiency. This is a key leadership position with the opportunity to influence major initiatives and support long-term transformation across our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes

  • Deliver high quality financial analysis and performance reporting

  • Advise senior leadership on the viability and sustainability of new projects

  • Identify cost efficiencies and opportunities for financial improvement

  • Manage and mentor a team of two Finance Business Partners

  • Support external audit processes and strategic reviews

About You

We're looking for a confident, proactive finance professional with:

  • A recognised accountancy qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent experience

  • Strong financial planning, modelling, and analytical skills

  • Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and supporting strategic decisions

  • Excellent leadership and team development abilities

  • High-level Excel proficiency and familiarity with financial systems

  • A values-led, collaborative approach

  • Experience in the charity or social housing sector is an advantage
