Sales Administrator duties:
- Quoting on winow software and following up with customers
- Handling calls from customers and dealing with any queries - qualifying leads
- Updating the CRM system with all customers confirmed details, quotes and order sign offs
- Handling all warranties and relevant documents
- Inputting and reporting on Zoho CRM
Sales Administrator requirements:
- Confident, polite with a good phone manner
- Enjoy customer interaction
- Team player / organized
- Ability to learn technical details
- Administration experience would be an advantage
- Well-presented and punctual
- Computer literate
