Air Conditioning Sales Executive
We have an exciting new opportunity within our well-established company for an Air Conditioning Sales Executive. This role is ideal for a skilled salesperson with AC & ventilation knowledge and a talent for customer relations and securing work.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conducting site surveys for new enquiries
- Preparing and issuing quotations for new projects
- Managing all customer communications via phone and email in a professional manner
- Following up on outstanding quotations to secure business
- Liaising with suppliers and internal teams to confirm lead times, costs, and technical specs
- Maintaining records of enquiries, quotes, and conversion rates
- Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients
- Keeping up to date with new products and solutions in the HVAC market
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Hold a valid full UK driving licence
- Have a minimum of 8 years of experience in the air conditioning industry
- Strong sales and quoting skills
- Excellent organisation, communication, and client-facing skills
- Confident with IT systems, CRMs, and basic marketing tools
- Proactive mindset with a focus on growth
- Be confident, personable, and well-presented
Package & Benefits
- Job Type: Full-time
- Basic Salary: £30,000- £40,000 per year (depending on experience and pipeline)
- Commission: up to £90,000 per year based on sales.
- Location: Office and Mobile as required
- Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:30 – 17:30 (flexibility required to meet customer needs)
