PA To Principal
Location: Sutton Coldfield, Birmingham
Salary: £31,586 - £32,654 per annum FTE (Actual salary TTO only plus 5 days £28,350 per annum)
Hours: Full Time, Term Time Only

The Role
They are looking to appoint a PA at the Academy. The successful candidate will provide confidential administrative support to the Principal to support the promotion of teaching and learning in the academy.
This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with recent PA or administrative experience to work within a busy academy as part of a Multi-Academy Trust, working closely with the other schools and alongside experienced and established members of staff.
They are an academy with traditional values, and an ethos built around hard work, high expectations and opportunity. Their aim is to ensure that their students leave the Academy prepared to succeed in the next stages of their careers, education and training.
Skills and Qualifications
- Have recent experience in a PA or Administration role (school or education sector experience is a plus)
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Have good knowledge of IT systems
- Are highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities
- Demonstrate discretion and a strong sense of confidentiality
