Sales Administrator Assistant (Temp - Perm)

We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Administrator Assistant to join our vibrant team in Sutton Coldfield. This is a temp to perm position.

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Handle incoming calls and emails, responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate records and documentation for various projects.
  • Excel/Data analysis experience - data entry & system/database management
  • Support team members with various tasks to enhance productivity.
  • General Admin support experience - Sales orders/Invoicing
  • Collaboration with Marketing Team - Sales support with Marketing knowledge

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
