An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior IFA Administrator to join a respected financial services practice in Sutton Coldfield. This role is ideal for a career administrator with a strong background in supporting financial planners and advisers.

You will be joining a close-knit and busy team, where your ability to work independently and hit the ground running will be highly valued. Due to current team capacity, the successful candidate must be confident using industry systems and processes with minimal supervision.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to financial planners

  • Process new business and maintain client records accurately

  • Liaise with providers and clients to ensure smooth workflow

  • Prepare documentation and reports for client meetings

  • Maintain and update Intelligent Office (iO) and other platforms

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an IFA or wealth management firm is essential

  • Proficient with Intelligent Office (iO) and comfortable using web-based platforms

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Able to manage workloads autonomously in a fast-paced environment
