Description
- Overseeing and managing all Health, Safety and environmental responsibilities at the site.
- Implementing and maintaining Health and Safety standards in line with regulations and company policy.
- Regularly conducting risk assessments and audits.
- Promoting a positive Health and Safety culture within the team.
- Investigating any incidents and implementing corrective actions.
- Providing Health and Safety training to staff members.
- Maintaining Health and Safety documentation and records.
Profile
A successful Health and Safety Specialist should have:
- NEBOSH qualified
- Expertise in safety, health, and environmental management.
- Proficiency in conducting risk assessments and audits.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- A proactive approach towards enhancing QSHE standards.
