Description
- Analyse and improve manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Develop and implement production strategies that align with company objectives.
- Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure seamless product development.
- Monitor equipment performance and recommend upgrades or maintenance as needed.
- Create detailed documentation and standard operating procedures for manufacturing processes.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in the production area.
- Utilise lean manufacturing techniques to optimise workflows and operations.
- Support the introduction of new products into the manufacturing process.
Profile
A successful CI Engineer should have:
- A degree or equivalent qualification in engineering or a related field.
- Experience in process improvement within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
- Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant engineering tools.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and techniques.
