Bell Cornwall Recruitment are delighted to be working with a law firm based in Sutton Coldfield, Birmingham who are looking for a Probate fee earner. They are open to all levels of qualification and are open to part - time and full - time applicants!
The duties of the Probate fee earner will include (but are not limited to):
- Draft and submit legal documents to the Probate Registry
- Collect assets and pay debts or outstanding bills
- Communicate regularly with executors and beneficiaries
- Handle Inheritance Tax, Income Tax and Capital Gains Tax during administration
- Liaise with banks, pension providers and other institutions
The successful person:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience is ESSENTIAL
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work with grieving clients
