The Role

We are looking for a talented Senior Graphic Designer to join our Sutton Coldfield studio. Whether you are already a senior or a confident middleweight designer ready to step up, this is your chance to make a real creative impact.

This is a hands-on role where you will bring bold ideas to life, working on hospitality brands across the UK and internationally. You will be part of a collaborative, cross-disciplinary team who care about creating immersive, meaningful experiences.

Please note-Candidates must have hands-on experience in experiential or retail environments, experience limited to digital, marketing, or packaging alone is not sufficient. This is a full-time role, working three days in the studio and two from home. Candidates must have the ability to travel within the UK with ease.

  • Develop concepts and ideas based on strategy, customer insights understanding, and brand awareness.
  • Create bold and visionary ideas that always push the boundaries of what is possible.
  • Ability to present and communicate your ideas and the thinking behind them.
  • Spatial understanding to see the possibilities of how your ideas can translate into experiences with dimension.
  • Passionate about branding, design and hospitality experiences.
  • Artistic flare is a must, no client is the same and no result should be either.
  • Skilled typographer with a keen eye for creating layouts.
