SF Recruitment are currently working with a fantastic and reputable business to recruit an experienced HR Advisor. This is a great opportunity for a confident and proactive HR professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is confident dealing with all aspects of HR, particularly employee relations.

As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting both employees and managers across a broad range of generalist HR duties. You will be the go-to person for ER matters and provide coaching, guidance, and support to managers to ensure best practice and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide high-quality, consistent advice and support to managers on employee relations matters including disciplinary and grievance processes.- Coach and guide line managers to develop confidence and capability in handling HR issues effectively.- Assist with the implementation and development of HR policies and procedures.- Support the HR team in the delivery of key HR projects and initiatives.- Contribute to the development of a positive employee relations culture within the business.

Requirements

- Demonstrable experience in providing expert advice on employee relations matters.- Proven track record of leading on disciplinary and grievance cases.- Solid generalist HR background with experience across a broad range of HR responsibilities.- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.

CIPD qualification (desirable but not essential).
