The Role – Family Solicitor/Legal Executive
You’ll become a key member of the growing Family Law team based in Sutton Coldfield, handling a diverse caseload and playing a vital role in the department’s success.
Your Responsibilities will Include:
- Managing a full caseload of family law matters, including:
- Divorce & separation
- Financial disputes & settlements
- Private children matters
- Providing tailored, high-quality legal advice to clients
- Representing clients in court and undertaking advocacy where appropriate
- Developing strong client relationships through clear and compassionate communication
- Contributing to business development and team growth
About YouÂ
We're looking for a confident and experienced legal professional with a passion for family law.
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (CILEx) with proven experience in family law
- Strong knowledge of family legal procedures, including private law children matters and financial remedy cases
- Excellent advocacy, negotiation and communication skills
- Client-focused, self-motivated and able to manage your own caseload effectively
- Team-oriented with a positive, proactive approach
