Our client is recruiting an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join its dynamic Residential Property team at its Sutton Coldfield office. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a respected and expanding law firm with a strong local presence and a client-first approach.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Residential Property Solicitor, your role will involve managing a caseload from instruction to post-completion, including:
- Handling freehold and leasehold residential sales and purchases
- Managing remortgage transactions and equity release cases
- Drafting and reviewing contracts, titles and transfer documents
- Handling transfers of equity and matrimonial transfers
- Ensuring compliance with CQS protocols and quality standards
- Providing supervision and support to conveyancing assistants
- Building strong relationships with local clients and professional contacts
- Cross-referring clients to other legal departments where appropriate
About You:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Proven experience managing a full residential conveyancing caseload
- Knowledge of local property markets in Sutton Coldfield and surrounding areas
- Strong client care and communication skills
- Experience in business development and networking
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines
- A collaborative, team-focused attitude
