We are looking for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Sutton Coldfield. You'll be maintaining and repairing a variety of equipment, including manual lathes and milling machines, ensuring production runs smoothly in our established, old-school engineering environment.

The Role:
- Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on workshop machinery
- Fault-finding and repairing mechanical issues on lathes, milling machines, Hydraulics and Pneumatic systems.
- Assisting with continuous improvement and reliability projects
- Learning and developing electrical skills to broaden your expertise
About You:
- Time-served/qualified in Mechanical Engineering (apprenticeship or equivalent)
- Strong background in mechanical maintenance
- Experience with lathes and milling machines is highly desirable
- Willingness to learn and develop electrical skills
- A problem-solver with a proactive, can-do attitude
