We are seeking a Production Team Leader for an automotive manufacturing organization in Birmingham.
The role is hands-on, involving management of a small team and accountability for performance and workload prioritization.
This is a permanent position with Monday to Friday day shifts from 05:50 to 13:30 and afternoon shifts from 13:30 to 21:00.
Candidates must have previous experience in a Team Lead role within automotive manufacturing.
