Key responsibilities:
- �? Managing a portfolio of residential properties across the local area
- ?? Coordinating maintenance and repairs efficiently
- ?? Handling routine and interim property inspections
- ?? Managing tenancy renewals, notices and end-of-tenancy processes
- ?? Liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors professionally
- ?? Ensuring compliance with current lettings legislation and best practice
- ?? Resolving issues promptly with a customer-first approach
What we’re looking for:
- ? Previous property management experience (ideally 1+ years)
- ? Knowledge of current lettings legislation and procedures
- ? Excellent organisational and communication skills
- ? Calm and confident under pressure
- ? Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- ? Full UK driving licence
