I'm recruiting for a Team Leaderto lead a dedicated group of Welfare Benefits Specialists and Debt Advisers, ensuring exceptional service delivery for clients and vulnerable individuals across the UK.

What you'll be doing:
  • Leading and managing a high performing team, setting clear objectives and coaching individuals to thrive.

  • Overseeing the delivery of advice contracts, making sure SLAs and KPIs are consistently met.

  • Creating a positive, motivating team culture both in-office and remote where service excellence is the standard.

  • Driving continuous improvement and innovation in processes to optimise efficiency and enhance customer outcomes.

  • Managing stakeholder relationships, contract onboarding, performance reporting, and resource planning.

They are looking for someone who:
  • Has 2+ years of experience managing people in a customer-facing, advice-based, or similar service delivery environment.

  • Can demonstrate tangible impact through service improvements and performance management.

  • Has knowledge of welfare rights and/or debt advice services (or transferable experience from a related sector).

  • Brings strong leadership skills and can foster a positive, high-trust, high-output culture.

  • Can manage contract delivery, interpret performance data, and drive decisions based on insight.
