Salary: Basic circa £25,000 (negotiable) Commission
OTE: £35,000+
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

This role is perfect for a driven and experienced property professional with a background in valuations and residential sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out valuations, viewings, and take-ons
- Managing and selling existing sales stock
- Building strong relationships with vendors and buyers
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Generating new business and instructions
Requirements:
- Estate agency experience (Valuer or Senior Negotiator level ideal)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Professional, organised, and proactive
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car
