Job Title: Construction Recruitment Consultant
Location: Sutton Coldfield, B74 3EJ
Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 DOE + Commission
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:00
About the Role
We’re expanding our Construction division and looking for a hardworking, ambitious, and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our Sutton Coldfield office.
You’ll be managing a cold desk, building your own client base and candidate pool, with full support from an experienced and collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Win new business through cold calling, client visits, networking, and other sales activity.
- Account Management: Build strong, long-lasting client and candidate relationships. Provide a high level of service and respond quickly to last-minute requirements.
- Recruitment Delivery: Source, screen, and register candidates. Manage the full recruitment cycle including compliance, onboarding, and aftercare.

- Recruitment experience (construction sector preferred ).
- Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills.
- Resilient, proactive, and target-driven.
- Able to work independently while contributing to a team culture.
