InstaStaff are hiring, we are looking for experienced Recruitment Consultants to join our team, that have experience of running either a temp or perm desk.

We recruit within the Industrial, Driving, Commercial and Engineering sectors, on both a temporary and permanent basis, and cover the whole of the UK. As we understand the recruitment industry is forever changing, we are also open to experience within different sectors.

As a Recruitment Consultant at InstaStaff, you will run a 360 desk, including candidate and client management, new business, attending client visits, and registering candidates.

This is an exciting role for someone who believes in their ability and is looking for a long-term career in the recruitment world, not just a job.

The duties of the Recruitment Consultant will include:

Client and candidate management
Candidate registration
Client visits
Generating new business
Weekly mailers
Attending networking events
Building relationships
Sales pipelines
Negotiating fees and agreeing TOB
Writing adverts
Advertising jobs via job boards and social media
Resourcing

The ideal Recruitment Consultant will have:

2 year’s experience within a similar role
Knowledge of the full recruitment process

Hours of work will be Monday – Thursday 8am – 4pm within the office, and Friday 8am – 1pm from home

Salary will depend on experience and potential billing, and you will receive 10% commission of all profit made on your desk.
