This exciting role requires a hands-on, motivated professional who can manage several outlets under one roof, lead a large team, and ensure the consistent delivery of exceptional service. The bars are extremely busy, serving a high volume of guests every day, and are known for their vibrant atmosphere, innovative cocktails, and premium offerings.

- A basic salary commensurate with the role Circa £42'000 negotiable

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of multiple bars within the hotel, ensuring seamless service across all outlets.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a large team of bartenders, supervisors, and floor staff.
- Work closely with senior management to uphold brand standards and drive profitability.
- Manage stock control, purchasing, and cost efficiencies across the department.
- Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health & safety, and hygiene standards.
- Deliver training and coaching to maintain exceptional product knowledge and service standards.
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Bar Manager in a high-volume, multi-outlet hotel or luxury hospitality environment.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
- A deep understanding of beverage trends, cocktail creation, and premium product offerings.
- Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining composure and professionalism.
- A passion for hospitality and a drive to exceed guest expectations.
