Are you a passionate and patient SEN Teaching Assistant looking to make a real difference in a child's education? We're working with a welcoming primary school in Sutton Coldfield that's seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team in September.

This full-time role will see you supporting children in KS1 with communication and sensory needs. You'll be part of a nurturing, inclusive environment where your impact is truly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 support children with SEN (speech and language and sensory regulation focus)
  • Help implement EHCP targets with guidance from the SENCO and external professionals
  • Encourage positive behaviour and support emotional regulation
  • Create engaging, accessible learning opportunities in class
  • Work closely with teachers and parents to monitor progress

You Will Need:

  • Experience supporting children with SEN, particularly in EYFS or KS1
  • A calm, proactive approach and a real passion for inclusive education
  • A team player attitude and be able to show initiative
