This Clinical Lead role is working for a well-regarded provider in the area, with a highly dedicated and compassionate team that has your personal and professional development at heart. In addition to providing elderly care, this service also offers mental health care for younger adults, making for a unique opportunity to develop your existing clinical skills.

Duties in this Clinical Lead role will include:
  • Responsibility for monitoring standards of care delivered by qualified care staff
  • Supporting the Manager in implementing all policies, procedures, and objectives
  • Monitoring the well-being of each resident, being aware of any change impacting care and care plans, and ensuring that new needs are met
  • Acting as a focal point for contact with residents, relatives and visitors, and health and social care professionals.
The ideal candidate for this Clinical Lead role will be a qualified nurse (RGN or RMN) with a valid NMC pin. You will also have prior experience in a senior clinical position within a care home.
