SLH Consult are partnering our client a national house builder who are looking to appoint a seasoned Site Manager/Senior Site Manager for a new build housingsite based within Nottingham, with guaranteed future land bank and developments within the region.
The ideal candidate will possess minimum of 6+ years experience working as a Site Manager within the new build residential sector, and musthave experience in building bothtraditional and timber framed houses, with a focus on delivering quality high finishdwellings with attention to detail, whilst also providing high levels of customer care/service to customers, this is not a high volume build program.
You must be able to lead and motivatesite teams and all trades/labourer to deliverhigh quality dwellings from inception through to completion, managing the full construction life cycle through tohandover.
You will also require all relevant qualifications being, SMSTS, CSCS card, First Aid, knowledge of Part L is also essential however ongoing training will be provided along with any other industry required certifications.
