In this hands-on role, you'll ensure smooth order fulfilment, quality, and cost-efficient delivery — all while driving performance and continuous improvement.?? Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily outbound operations including order accuracy, packing, truck loading, and inventory flow
  • Partner with leadership to improve productivity, safety, and cost efficiency
  • Use performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions

  • Lead staffing functions including hiring, training, and performance management
