Sellick Partnership Ltd is supporting a Supported Housing organisation in the East Midlands to recruit to a Scheme Coordinator on a temporary ongoing basis.

Scheme Coordinator

Sutton-in-Ashfield, Nottinghamshire

3-6 Months Temporary

16.93 Umbrella or PAYE equivalent

Part Time, Monday to Friday 9-1PM

Duties of the Scheme Manager role will include, but is not limited to:

  • Providing intensive housing management service at scheme to older residents living in supported scheme living
  • Facilitating residents on site
  • Monitoring the performance of contractors
  • Assisting customers to pay bills and claim benefits
  • Providing onsite management and supervision of sheltered housing schemes with regard to security, health and safety & maintenance, ensuring that communal areas and scheme office are kept clean, tidy and free from hazards.
  • Carrying out statutory and cyclic H&S checks
  • Undertaking pre tenancy interviews and accompanied viewings, assessment of housing needs and sign ups to ensure sustainability of tenure for the applicant
  • Managing low level ASB working in conjunction with the Housing team
  • Minimising arrears, ensuring that the process is understood and agreements for repayment of any debt are made

The successful Scheme Coordinator candidate will have:

  • Relevant Supported Housing/ Scheme Coordination experience
  • Hold a Basic DBS or able to undertake a satisfactory basic check
