- Our client is seeking a powder coater to join their team in Sutton in Ashfield, working regular days from Monday to Friday.
- Candidates will report to the Production Supervisor (Powder Coating) and work in a fast-paced environment.
- This role is suitable for college leavers with powder coating experience or candidates with minimal experience looking to start a career in engineering.
- Key responsibilities include preparing parts, executing high-quality powder coating, and working effectively with the team.
- The positions are offered on a temp-to-perm basis, and candidates with relevant experience will be prioritized for interview selection.
The candidates will be reporting to the Production Supervisor (Powder Coating) and will be working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare parts before powder coating.
Hang and unhang parts efficiently.
Execute high-quality powder coating, maintaining their standards.
Spray powder to the correct thickness, working with a variety of products from extrusions to large surfaces.
Work effectively with the powder coating team.
Qualifications & Competencies:
Proven experience with manual spraying systems.
Proficiency in preparing parts for powder coating.
Keen eye for quality and detail.
Strong team player with the ability to meet targets.
Punctuality and commitment to the shift pattern.
