Technical Sales Engineer

Technical Sales Executive required. Our client is a well-established electrical equipment manufacturer, based in the Sutton in Ashfield area.

Due to continued success, they are seeking a Technical Sales Executive to join the team, who will be responsible for long-term customer engagement and preparing tenders for projects.

• Engaging with new and existing clients with following up on sales leads and enquiries
• Creating tenders & bids based on works, orders and maintenance
• Providing ongoing project support to customers, including occasional travel to customer sites both within the UK & overseas
• Responding to customers enquiries and updating the CRM system
• Ensuring work is compliant with ISO9001

• Previous commercial experience within either a mechanical or electrical engineering or construction background
• Experience with tender / bid preparation is desirable
• Ability to be SC cleared
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Full UK Driving License
• Based in a commutable distance of Sutton in Ashfield

• Salary 35,000 - 50,000 depending on experience
• Monday to Friday, full-time, permanent position
• Holiday allowance and pension
