Staffline is recruiting Field Operative Flower Pickers in Holbeach, Lincolnshire

The rate of pay is £12.72 per hour.

The hours of work are between 7.30am and 5pm.

Your Time at Work
As a Field Operative Flower Picker, you will be working in the fields, cutting the fresh growing flowers.

This role involves a lot of manual handling and physical bending movements. You may have to work in all weather conditions. You will be working with knives, cutting the flower stems and collecting all the stems to fill the buckets.

Our Perfect Worker
Our perfect Field Operative Flower Picker will be able to stand for the duration of the working shift. There will be a lot of handling delicate flowers, so being careful with your grip is important.

Please note that if you have allergies to certain plants or foliage, you will need to check with your Staffline representative to see if this role is suitable.

No previous experience is necessary as full training is provided.
