An established and fast-paced independent supplier of consumables is looking for a dependable and enthusiastic Delivery Driver to join their friendly and close knit team. This is a full-time, permanent role with Monday to Friday hours, offering a great work-life balance (Often early finishes).
Hours: Job and knock - 40 hours per week - Time off in lieu of any extra hours worked
The Role of a Delivery Driver:
- You'll be more than just a driver - you'll become the face of the company, building strong relationships with a loyal and growing customer base. With regular routes and familiar faces, you'll bring reliable service that customers count on. This company use great technology and will plan the most efficient ad manageable route.
Key Duties of a Delivery Driver:
- Collect and load goods in order of delivery route
- Ensure timely, safe deliveries in all weather conditions
- Carry out basic vehicle checks and report issues
- Deliver excellent customer service with every drop-off (12 maximum per day)
- Obtain signatures and keep accurate delivery records
