Kenneth Brian Associates are excited to be recruiting on behalf of our client based in Sutton who are seeking a confident and proactive Administrator on a 12-month FTC. The ideal candidate will be switched on, bright and holds the ability to multitask helping out where needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reception cover - Answering incoming calls passing them on to the relevant person, handling post and greeting/assisting clients.
  • Maintaining and updating spreadsheets - keeping track of different records/retrieving and archiving files
  • General scanning/electronic filing of documents for different teams
  • Managing the inbox and forwarding emails when required
  • Upkeep of the office - ordering stationery and keeping office areas tidy
  • Assisting the teams with general administrative support when needed.
  • Acting as a first responder to fire alarms

Key Skills

  • Previous experience within an administrative position
  • Able to work off own initiative and happy to get stuck in with whatever's needed
  • Excellent communication skills are essential
  • Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills
  • An eye for detail and accuracy in data entry/managing records
  • Good IT skills (Excel, Outlook, Word)
