Are you an organised, friendly, and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Our client is seeking a Reception & Facilities Coordinator to become the welcoming face and the operational heartbeat of their Sutton site.

As a key member of their business support team, you'll be the first point of contact for visitors and employees alike. From managing reception duties and meeting coordination, to supporting facilities and events across multiple UK and Ireland sites, you'll ensure their operations run smoothly, safely, and professionally-every single day.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all reception duties including phone/email enquiries and guest sign-ins

  • Coordinate meeting rooms, onsite catering, and travel logistics

  • Maintain a clean and well-stocked office environment

  • Handle incoming/outgoing post and mailroom tasks

  • Oversee facilities and vendor management, ensuring high standards and compliance

  • Coordinate internal and external events (socials, forums, wellbeing initiatives)

  • Support administrative functions across HR, HSEQR, and senior leadership

  • Act as Fire Warden and First Aider (training provided if needed)

About You:
  • Experienced in office administration, facilities, or front-of-house roles

  • Personable, professional, and customer-focused

  • Strong written/verbal communicator and tech-savvy (MS Office essential)

  • Highly organised, proactive, and thrives in a multitasking environment

  • Trustworthy, dependable, and detail-oriented

  • Flexible with a positive, solutions-driven mindset
