Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting on behalf of a business based in the Hackbridge area. We are seeking an experienced Call Centre Manager to take charge of daily office operations. The role will be responsible for managing an admin team of 4, ensuring priorities of the day are met and engineers diaries are managed effectively daily.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and guide an admin team of 4
  • Dealing with escalation of issues
  • Scheduling engineers
  • Act in a fast paced environment
  • Performance reviews of team
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities, liaising with suppliers and service providers as necessary.
  • Organise meetings, appointments, and events, including handling travel arrangements when required.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the office.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years' proven experience in a team leader/manager role
  • Experience managing administration staff.
  • Diary management experience
  • Must be able to have a laugh in a relaxed office environment as this is a very fun team
  • Must live locally to Hackbridge
