Client Relationship Executive
Are you a proactive and personable professional with a flair for relationship management? We're looking for a Client Relationship Executive to join our dynamic team and serve as the vital link between our business and our dealership client portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:-
Maintain daily contact with a portfolio of dealership clients, building and nurturing strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Act as the first point of contact for our external network via telephone and email, providing outstanding support and service.

Collaborate regularly with internal departments including Finance, Treasury, and Reconciliations to ensure smooth operations.

Monitor and manage dealership credit lines, ensuring they remain within agreed limits and recommending amendments where appropriate.

Handle legal documentation and contracts, ensuring all onboarding processes and necessary compliance checks are completed accurately.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A proactive approach to relationship management

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Ability to work effectively across teams and departments

Very strong Excel skills - confident using formulas, PivotTables, and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP

Experience with credit facilities or legal documentation is a plus
