Client Relationship Executive

Are you a proactive and personable professional with a flair for relationship management? We're looking for a Client Relationship Executive to join our dynamic team and serve as the vital link between our business and our dealership client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain daily contact with a portfolio of dealership clients, building and nurturing strong relationships with key stakeholders.

  • Act as the first point of contact for our external network via telephone and email, providing outstanding support and service.

  • Collaborate regularly with internal departments including Finance, Treasury, and Reconciliations to ensure smooth operations.

  • Monitor and manage dealership credit lines, ensuring they remain within agreed limits and recommending amendments where appropriate.

  • Handle legal documentation and contracts, ensuring all onboarding processes and necessary compliance checks are completed accurately.

What We're Looking For:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • A proactive approach to relationship management

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to work effectively across teams and departments

  • Very strong Excel skills - confident using formulas, PivotTables, and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP

  • Experience with credit facilities or legal documentation is a plus
