What you will do:
- Deliver excellent customer service across sales and aftersales
- Build strong relationships with customers, providing clear advice and support
- Confidently upsell additional services, repairs and products
- Work collaboratively with a supportive, friendly team
What we’re looking for:
- Strong customer service background
- Strong sales & upselling experience, ideally within the automotive industry (dealership or garage environment)
- Confident communicator who enjoys engaging with people.
- A proactive, positive approach with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Drive and ambition to achieve targets and earn uncapped commission.
