They offer a specialist surveying and property consultancy service to a variety of clientele, mainly within the Residential sector-both public and private-alongside the occasional commercial project. Services include building surveying and reports, contract administration, planning and building regulation support, as well as principal designer services, to name a few. Their ability to offer a plethora of services to their clientele has brought them consistent success since their conception, which is why they are looking to add to their team with this great opportunity.In this role, you will take on a number of responsibilities, where you will be based in the office and also out on-site. You will be responsible for conducting surveys, after which you will produce defect reports and write specifications of work. Additionally, you will conduct condition surveys and prepare feasibility studies.
