This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Building Surveyor to join an established yet growing consultancy where you will work on a variety of projects within the Residential sector, all whilst receiving consistent training, support on further qualifications, and the opportunity to progress your career to Associate level.

This established yet growing consultancy based out of Sutton operates across London and the Southeast of England. They offer a specialist surveying and property consultancy service to a variety of clientele, mainly within the Residential sector-both public and private-alongside the occasional commercial project. Services include building surveying and reports, contract administration, planning and building regulation support, as well as principal designer services, to name a few. Their ability to offer a plethora of services to their clientele has brought them consistent success since their conception, which is why they are looking to add to their team with this great opportunity.

In this role, you will take on a number of responsibilities, where you will be based in the office and also out on-site. You will be responsible for conducting surveys, after which you will produce defect reports and write specifications of work. Additionally, you will conduct condition surveys and prepare feasibility studies. Another aspect of the role will involve managing contracts on-site, where you will liaise with both clients and contractors to ensure projects are running smoothly and on time.

Therefore, the ideal candidate will be an experienced Building Surveyor with strong contract administration and defect analysis skills to be able to hit the ground running, as well as holding a full UK driver's licence to be able to travel to sites when required.

* Senior Building Surveyor
* Chartered ideally, or highly experienced
* Commutable distance to their office in Sutton, happy to do the site travel
* Full UK driver's license
