About the Role:
We are currently seeking an experienced Complaints and Customer Relationship Officer to join the Environment Housing and Neighbourhoods team at the London Borough of Sutton. This vital role is responsible for investigating and responding to complaints, member enquiries, and Freedom of Information requests. You will also identify opportunities for service improvement and carry out consultations with customers and clients to enhance service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Investigate and respond to complaints and member enquiries promptly and professionally
Handle Freedom of Information requests in accordance with legislation
Identify trends and make recommendations to improve services
Engage with customers and clients through consultation activities
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies
