Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting on behalf of our client — a well-established and growing company based in Sutton. We’re looking for a proactive and personable Customer Service Coordinator to join their friendly team.

In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers and suppliers, supporting smooth daily operations through effective communication, coordination, and admin support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer bookings and coordinate service schedules across departments
  • Handle customer and supplier queries via phone and email
  • Answer incoming calls in a professional and efficient manner
  • Match payment requests with scheduled jobs
  • Provide general administrative support to the wider team
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Resolve queries related to payments and invoices
  • Deliver excellent client support with a helpful and solutions-focused approach
We’re looking for someone who is:
  • Local to Sutton and available for full-time, office-based work
  • Some customer service experience (office-based preferred)
  • Confident phone manner and strong communication skills
  • Good IT skills, especially in Excel
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and able to multitask
  • Willing to learn and grow within the role
