An exciting opportunity to join an established building services company based in Sutton has arisen! CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for an Electrical Engineer to be based in a healthcare contract located in Sutton. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team on-site as well as carrying out EICR testing.

Hours of work:
- 4 on 4 off days only 07:00 AM - 19:00 PM
- Plenty of Overtime available
- Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
- Emergency lighting tests
- Control Panels
- Changing Ballast
- BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)
- Maintain and update Log books
- Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
- Pumps, motors
- Salary of 45,794

- 18th Edition (Required)
