We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our growing team. This role is integral to supporting a wide range of commercial and operational activities, ensuring the smooth running of sales processes and customer interactions. Day-to-day of the role:
- Manage customer orders through our e-commerce platform and process purchase orders with high accuracy.
- Prepare and issue quotes, and handle sales documentation.
- Maintain and update CRM records, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date.
- Collaborate with logistics to ensure prompt and accurate delivery of orders.
- Provide comprehensive support to the sales team, including order processing and customer invoicing.
- Assist with credit control and follow up on payments as necessary.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external customers, ensuring clear and professional communication.
- Support training courses by organising logistics, preparing materials, and occasionally supporting on-site training.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a sales administration or similar role.
- Strong working knowledge of CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
- Proficient in processing purchase orders and familiar with e-commerce platforms.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally for up to 2 weeks per year.
