Requirements:

* A qualified teacher with UK QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and a degree in English or a related field.
* Experience teaching English at KS3 and KS4, with a proven track record of achieving excellent results.
* A passion for literature and language, with the ability to inspire and motivate students.
* Strong classroom management skills and the ability to differentiate lessons to meet the needs of all learners.
* A collaborative and proactive approach, with a commitment to continuous professional development.
