About the Business & Economics Teacher Role:

As aBusiness & Economics Teacherat our school, you will have the opportunity to teach across Key Stages 4 and 5, inspiring students with engaging lessons and real-world applications of business and economic principles. Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver high-qualityBusiness & Economicslessons that cater to a range of learning styles and abilities.
• Create a positive and supportive classroom environment where students feel confident to explore business and economic concepts and develop their entrepreneurial skills.
• Assess and monitor student progress inBusiness & Economics, providing constructive feedback and support.
• Contribute to the development of theBusiness & Economicscurriculum and departmental resources.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the business and economic world and incorporate real-world examples into your teaching.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practice and ensure the highest standards ofBusiness & Economicsteaching.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• A degree inBusiness Studies, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience teachingBusiness & Economicsat the secondary level.
• A strong understanding of the UK National Curriculum forBusiness & Economics.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
