Computer Science Teacher – Sutton
Start Date: Immediate | Long-term supply or permanent opportunity

We are currently seeking a passionate and qualified Computer Science Teacher to join one of our partner secondary schools in Sutton. This role is available for an immediate start and can be offered on a long-term supply or permanent basis, depending on your preference and experience.

You will be responsible for teaching Computer Science across Key Stages 3 and 4, with access to excellent teaching resources and a well-established departmental support system. You’ll be expected to plan and deliver engaging lessons that foster curiosity, problem-solving, and digital literacy.

Our partner school, located in the borough of Sutton, is known for its high academic standards and supportive, inclusive learning environment. Computer Science is a thriving subject here, both at GCSE and A-Level, and is supported by a committed team of educators. To be considered for this Computer Science teaching role, you must have:

• QTS/QTLS or an equivalent UK teaching qualification

• A degree in Computer Science or a related subject

• Experience teaching Computer Science at Key Stages 3 and 4 in UK secondary schools

• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage and inspire students

• A compassionate, student-centred approach to teaching and learning

• Availability for an immediate start

Salary will be based upon experience and qualifications.
