A Fitter/Mechanic is needed for a leading landscape/grounds maintenance company in Kingston with three positions available.
The role involves maintaining grounds maintenance equipment, including two-stroke machines and pedestrian machinery.
Candidates must have a valid driving license and at least two years of experience in maintaining grounds maintenance equipment.
The salary ranges from £38,000 to £40,000 per year, depending on experience, with full-time hours of 40 per week.
The positions may become permanent after approximately 13 weeks if performance is satisfactory.

Fitter/Mechanic- Kingston- X3 Jobs Available

A Fitter/Mechanic is needed to work for one of the UK's leading landscape/grounds maintenance companies

Job Duties-

Maintain grounds maintenance equipment
Two-stroke machines: Strimmers, Blowers and Hedge cutters
Pedestrian machinery such as, Walk behind lawn mowers, Powered weed brushes and Ride on lawn mowers such as
Rise on equipment: John Deere OutFront mowers, Compact tractors and Tractor implements etc

The hours will be confirmed on interview its full time hours- Monday to Friday- 40 hours per week

38K - 40K salary depending on experience

A driving licence is essential

The roles will made permanent after around 13 weeks if all goes well

The role is working at our clients at the Kingston depo

Candidates must have a drivers licence and experience maintaining grounds maintenance equipment

Good knowledge of fault finding and diagnostics. Also, the ability to work on your own initiative. Basic computer skills and communication skills to liaise with suppliers.
