An opportunity has arisen for a Residential Conveyancer within a successful ranked law firm in Sutton, Surrey in its busy residential conveyancing team.

You will join a collegiate team that all are driven to achieve the best for their clients.

The work is a full range of residential conveyancing, with a focus is on HNW properties in their local area with typical property values above £1 million.

You will be handling:

- Freehold and leasehold
