This is a brilliant opportunity for someone early in their career who’s looking for a varied and fast-paced administrative position where no two days are the same. You'll be supporting a busy account management team, focusing particularly on a major client making this a great stepping stone if you want to gain exposure to high-profile corporate work.

Job description

  • Providing day-to-day admin support to account managers across multiple teams
  • Supporting one of the business's largest corporate clients
  • Constructing and formatting internal and external email comms
  • Entering, updating, and maintaining data with high accuracy
  • Gathering information to assist with internal and client reports
  • Liaising with suppliers and external contacts to resolve issues or share updates
  • Helping other departments with any overflow admin work
  • Supporting internal organisation through ad hoc admin tasks and documentation

Key skills

  • A self-starter with strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Someone who enjoys working on multiple tasks in a busy environment
  • Confident communicator, able to liaise with people at all levels
  • Positive, friendly, and keen to learn
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office - especially Excel and Outlook
  • Previous experience in an office or customer-facing environment is ideal
