What You’ll Be Doing - Senior National Account ManagerYou’ll manage 20 accounts, and work with major distributors like Bidfood, Bunzl, Alliance as well as key-end users within the Foodservice market.
70% of your time will centre on developing these accounts. You’ll work closely with customers’ purchasing, sales and sustainability teams, understanding their needs and providing solutions that help them hit their environmental and growth targets.
From a new business perspective, you’ll target end-users and work through established distributor partners to service their needs.
Expect to spend around 2.5 days a week in the field — meeting customers, visiting distributor branches, and helping bring sustainable products to your customers’ overall offering.
Part of the plan is to provide you with support from a National Account Executive (handling admin, quotes, and follow-ups etc) and a sustainability consultant — so you can stay focused on building senior relationships, delivering proposals, and driving meaningful growth.

What You Need - Senior National Account ManagerYou’ll have experience managing national accounts, ideally within foodservice or packaging.
You’re comfortable dealing with big customers and working with senior buyers and sustainability teams.
But what matters most is your consultative approach, enthusiasm, and professionalism!
You know how to build partnerships, not just close sales.
You’ll be located anywhere south of Newcastle, and are happy travelling nationally; with a couple of overnight stays per month.
